LeBron James broke Michael Jordan’s record for the most 30-point games in NBA history when the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Atlanta Hawks on Friday, December 3.
James recently marked his 40th birthday and scored 30 points to aid the NBA giants in a 119-102 victory over the Hawks.

On Friday, James scored 30 points on 13-of-20 shooting and had eight assists in 30 minutes, contributing to a team victory, their eighth in 11 matches as reported by ESPN.
James now has 563 games with at least 30 points, surpassing Jordan, who had previously led with 562 such games.
James achieved that mark in the fourth quarter with a fadeaway jumper. The veteran NBA star reached that milestone in his 1,523rd career game.
